About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic Claims & Recoveries Officer to join our team at Carbiz. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls with insurers, customers, and third parties to gather necessary information and negotiate claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a ledger of credit hire rental invoices, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Negotiate claims and settlements with various insurers and third parties to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Oversee a portfolio of claims, ensuring each case is handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with multiple departments to ensure seamless operations and resolution of claims.
About You

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience in Sales, Customer Service, Claims/Collections or Automotive Industry is advantageous, but not essential as we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
