About the Role

This full-time or part-time position is available until 30 June 2025, offering flexible working options and a hybrid work environment. As a Communications Specialist, you will deliver supports to families, empower caregivers and professionals, and connect children with their community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Families: Deliver tailored support options to help families achieve their goals using evidence-informed best practice.
  • Empower Caregivers and Professionals: Use coaching skills to build confidence and skills in supporting children in everyday life.
  • Community Connection: Connect children and families with their community, ensuring inclusion and participation in settings and activities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A degree qualification in Speech Pathology.
  • Expert knowledge in child development and ability to identify developmental issues.
  • Proven track record supporting families and children with developmental delays/disabilities.
