We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Property Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of 100 properties, including liaising with landlords and tenants, scheduling and conducting open house inspections, and processing applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of 100 properties, including ingoing and outgoing inspections
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants to ensure smooth property management
  • Conduct open house inspections and schedule viewings
  • Process applications and conduct reference checks
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to enquiries in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Previous leasing or property management experience
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
