About the Role

Are you passionate about creating exceptional experiences for guests? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and ensuring that every room is clean and comfortable? As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our guests.

This is a physically demanding role that requires you to be on your feet for most of the day. You will need to lift items up to 23 kilograms and push/pull heavy objects as part of your daily duties. However, with regular breaks and a supportive team, you will be able to manage the physical demands of this role.

We are looking for someone who is flexible and able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. If you are a team player who is willing to go above and beyond to deliver excellent service, then we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure that all rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
  • To provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • To work closely with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the hotel are running smoothly.
  • To maintain a safe and healthy environment for guests and colleagues alike.
  • To perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
