We're seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Host. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding service to our guests, creating memorable experiences that exceed their expectations.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same. You'll have the chance to meet new people, learn about different cultures, and develop your skills in customer service, communication, and problem-solving.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and register owners and guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide information on local area attractions and activities
  • Complete all department-related paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • Utilize all communication equipment, including telephones, facsimiles, and computers
  • Meet guests face-to-face and generate sales appointments for our sales centers
  • Establish commonality and build rapport with customers to ensure an exceptional experience is delivered
  • Work closely with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests through the check-in process
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within our community
  • Meet targets and KPIs set by the business
  • Be available for weekend and public holiday shifts

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar hotel position
  • Genuine passion for customer service and the local area
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • Previous experience with a PMS system (e.g., Hrirum, Fidelio, Opera)
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
