**Job Description**

We are seeking a Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to develop and implement strategic sourcing, category management, and supply management strategies that deliver best value outcomes for clients.

As a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and clients, playing a core role in sourcing activities while supporting bid and sales initiatives.

This is a hybrid role with the successful candidate based in either our corporate office in Melbourne or Sydney CBD at least 3 days a week.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Establish, lead and execute category plans, strategies and frameworks to meet client needs and expectations
  • Present sourcing project outcomes and key recommendations to stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Develop optimal sourcing strategies achieving consistent, quality outcomes across diverse client base

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Tertiary education in Business, Commerce, Economics, or related fields
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing and negotiation
  • Sound proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
