Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to deliver end-to-end sourcing for senior and niche roles, build competitor and market maps, nurture passive candidates, and support Employer Branding initiatives.

The Role
  • Deliver exceptional talent acquisition services across multiple channels.
  • Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools.
  • Support the development of our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and Employee Experience.

  • Proven experience in senior recruitment partnering with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • A consultative approach with a proactive and resilient working style.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic workforce plans.
