Project Coordination Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating design projects, working closely with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of construction projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design project management and coordination
  • Client liaison and relationship development
  • Budgeting, estimating, and performance monitoring
  • Site establishment, planning, and optimization
  • Construction coordination and supervision

Requirements include:

  • Relevant degree in Construction Management or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in the construction industry
  • Proven track record on large-scale projects (>$30m)
  • Experience in managing subcontractors, programming, supervision, and contract administration
  • Strong negotiation skills to implement contracts with subcontractors and suppliers

Work Environment:

  • Full-time position in Regional NSW
