Job Title: Power Outage Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Power Outage Coordinator. This is a pivotal role that requires exceptional planning, coordination, and execution skills to ensure seamless power outages at our power station.

Key Responsibilities:

- Consolidate maintenance and capital works schedules into a single master outage program
- Develop logical, efficient schedules for boiler, turbine, electrical, and chemical work scopes
- Provide expert advice on resource levelling to ensure optimal allocation within set outage periods
- Build and maintain the overall outage schedule in MS Project 2016
- Identify risks, conflicts, and constraints, and develop mitigation strategies
- Monitor pre-outage works and report progress to the Outage Coordinator

Requirements:

- Proven experience in planning and scheduling large, multi-discipline industrial projects
- Practical knowledge of outage works across boilers, turbines, and electrical systems
- Advanced MS Project (2016) and Excel skills
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
