Gucci Australia Pty Ltd is a leading luxury retailer seeking an exceptional leader to drive sales and customer satisfaction in our stores.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Store Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail environment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer experience, and developing staff skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales performance.
  • Mentor and coach staff to improve skills and knowledge, with a focus on client engagement and sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with head office departments to ensure alignment with company goals and strategies.
  • Implement visual merchandising and store standards to maintain a high-quality shopping environment.
  • Lead and support the management of events, such as product launches and promotional activities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, including underperformance and disciplinary processes.
  • Ability to problem-solve and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
