Job Title:

Programme Director, Electoral Operations

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Programme Director to lead our electoral operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering large-scale programmes with complexity and multiple stakeholders.

The role requires a high degree of programme management expertise, including risk and issues management, schedule management, dependencies, benefits management, resource demand/supply management, continuous improvement, etc.

Key responsibilities include developing programme plans, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in programme management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.

This is a temporary full-time position until 30 June 2027, with the possibility of extension.
