Role Overview
The National Electoral Education Centre Coordinator is responsible for supporting the delivery of educational programs and services at the National Electoral Education Centre. This includes managing daily operations, staff rostering, and planning educational materials.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the National Electoral Education Centre, ensuring smooth delivery of programs and services.
- Roster and coordinate staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
- Plan and develop educational materials, curriculum-aligned resources, and training programs for educators.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience delivering engaging education sessions and training programs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
- High levels of personal integrity, accuracy, and impartiality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.
- Tertiary qualification in education or a related field, understanding of the Australian curriculum, and proven ability to deliver effective training programs.
