RDO Equipment Australia is seeking a skilled Service Supervisor to join our Sydney Branch team.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign jobs and work areas to Service Technicians based on their skills and knowledge.
- Supervise performance, absence, and gaps in technician skill sets.
- Proactively seek customer feedback, anticipate problems, and respond promptly.
- Address employee issues and concerns.
- Review repair work orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Work with the Service Manager on all aspects of the Service Department.
- Meet with the Service Manager regularly to review Department performance and personnel matters.
- Relevant Trade Certificate - Heavy Diesel Fitter/Mobile Plant Mechanic/Diesel Mechanic or equivalent.
- Experience in the service and maintenance of heavy diesel products, including engine overhauls and major repairs.
- Strong supervisory/management experience with the ability to lead, mentor, and develop your team.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of John Deere and Vermeer equipment.
- A current and valid driver's license.
