Project Management Opportunity

This is a career-defining role for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage major projects within the Living Sector.

  1. Oversee projects from the early stages, including feasibility, design coordination, and State Significant Development Applications (SSDA).
  2. Manage and mentor a dedicated project team ensuring collaboration and high performance.
  3. Provide strategic project management expertise across all phases of the project lifecycle.
  4. Engage with key stakeholders, including developers, consultants, and government authorities.
  5. Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage major projects within the Living Sector.
  • Deliver projects that shape communities and deliver long-lasting impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who can demonstrate:

  • A minimum of 6–7 years' experience in project management within a consultancy environment.
  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale projects (circa $100 million + in value) within NSW.
  • Strong understanding of design, planning, and approvals processes, including SSDA.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a project team.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
