- Proven track record in leading major civil infrastructure projects with a value of $100m+.
- Strong commercial and contractual acumen with ability to influence at executive and client levels.
- Collaborative leadership style that brings out the best in project teams and stakeholders.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability.
- Results-driven individual with a passion for renewable energy and a desire to make a lasting legacy in the community.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
