Within our Victorian Civil team, you will find a highly skilled and collaborative group specializing in designing roads, rail, bridges, stormwater, and general civil engineering projects.

This varied role involves taking responsibility for design management, project coordination, and leadership of multidisciplinary civil projects, with opportunities to grow as a Job Manager or Lead Civil Engineer.

You will also foster a culture of outstanding delivery by creating efficient workflow processes from feasibility to detailed design, providing coaching and mentoring to junior team members in technical areas and project planning, and executing projects successfully.

Additionally, this role entails involvement in business development activities, including early identification and pursuit of opportunities through collaboration with internal and external partners.
