We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering civil infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead the delivery of projects including roads, drains, traffic management devices, urban improvements, sporting fields, park upgrades, and play spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage design and construction of projects from conception to completion.
  • Manage consultants in the design of projects.
  • Manage contractors in the construction of projects.
  • Administer tenders and contracts for various projects.
  • Deliver projects from pre-construction through to handover.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets.
  • Identify, review, and manage risks for the projects.

Requirements:

">
  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, including BLA registration.
  • Previous experience in the design and construction of civil engineering and/or urban design capital works projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Great communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Local Government experience.
  • A current driver's license.
