We are seeking a Customer Service Hospitality Assistant to join our team at BaptistCare. The successful candidate will provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to our valued customers in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Prepare food and beverage products according to standard operating procedures and duty statements.
  • Complete cleaning tasks as prescribed by standard operating procedures or directed by the Chef on duty.
  • Communicate with the Chef on duty regarding catering-related issues and needs.
  • Participate in operational cleaning activities as required.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to align with our Values.
  • Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within a high-performing team.
  • Passion for delivering great service and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A good understanding of HACCP/food safety programs.
  • Cert III in Cookery or Hospitality (desired but not essential).
  • Ability to lift up to 20kg.
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical check.
  • Ability to pass a National Police Check.
  • Ability to obtain an NDIS clearance.
