Procurement and Operations Specialist

 

The role of the Procurement and Operations Specialist is an exciting opportunity to develop and grow with a dynamic company. Collaborate with the National Sales Manager to formulate business plans, goals, and strategies for building our surgical instrument business. You will be a key contact with stakeholders in the surgical instruments supply chain to customers and clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine and implement purchasing, storage, and distribution strategies, policies, and plans that meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.

  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Liaise with operational departments and surgeons' requirements for surgical instruments.

  • Promote a working environment where regular interaction, sharing of information, and performance feedback are encouraged.

  • Travel to secure contracts and ensure quality management systems are upheld.

 

Ideal Candidate:

We seek an individual with a positive attitude, business skills, creative thinking abilities, efficient work habits, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with attention to detail. Bi-lingual applicants with proficiency in Hindi are preferred.

Work Environment:
