- Practical experience in implementing CI initiatives, with LEAN and Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt preferred).
- Strong project management and analytical skills, with a hands-on approach to solving problems and managing priorities.
- Proven ability to facilitate training, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to travel interstate and overseas as required.
- Must have Australian Working Rights.
