Expertise in the implementation and management of Sap Human Resource solutions is crucial for this role.
- A deep understanding of Sailpoint IIQ platform functionality and best practices is essential for successful execution of tasks related to user identities, authentication, authorization, roles, and access privileges.
- The ideal candidate will also be responsible for maintaining system stability by performing regular system maintenance tasks such as monitoring system logs, performance tuning, and troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SailPoint IIQ infrastructure layer.
- Additionally, they must collaborate with security teams to enforce robust security measures and address vulnerabilities, ensuring the overall integrity of the platform.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of all processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides is a key responsibility.
- Familiarity with related technologies such as SSO, LDAP, Active Directory, and other IAM technologies is necessary for success in this role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are also required.
