Join us in an exciting role as a Sales Intelligence Analyst, where you will partner with our Sales Operations team to deliver data-led insights that drive growth. As a mission-driven professional, you will work closely with executives and sales teams to establish key business metrics aligned to sales strategies and priorities.

About the Role

This is a go-to business partner for executives and sales teams, delivering data-led actionable insights to support effective annual go-to-market planning, in-quarter execution, and continuous improvement across processes and systems with cross-functional collaboration. Your expertise will help us identify areas for improvement, participate in planning and implementing changes, and develop effective working relationships with global and regional functions across the organization.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Region Sales leaders to establish key business metrics aligned to sales strategies and priorities to drive growth
  • Facilitate Sales Forecasting activities in partnership with the Sales leadership team
  • Hold Sales accountable to follow operating principles and requirements
  • Manage customer and transactional data, organization, and hygiene
  • Prepare and provide operational, strategic, and tactical reporting and presentations as required by stakeholders
  • Provide leadership with data-led insights into trends, gaps, and opportunities to execute the plan
  • Drive effective onboarding and training of operational tools and processes for sales reps
Sales Territory & Resource Planning
  • Collaborate with APJ Sales Operations leader, HR, Finance, and Sales Executives to plan coverage models and hiring plans
  • Support APJ Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Capacity Planning in partnership with Sales leaders, Finance, HR, and Territory Operations Organisation to build scalable capabilities that support APJ growth plans and revenue targets
Change and Improve the Business
  • Identify areas for improvement using data and root cause analysis
  • Participate in planning and implementing changes
  • Develop and enhance effective working relationships with global and regional functions across the organization to promote effectiveness and efficiency in delivering value to customers and the company
Tech Savvy & Fast Paced Environment
  • Experience working both independently and in teams
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to changing business needs
  • Project manage the rollout of reporting, systems, and processes
Your Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue/Sales Operations, Sales, Finance, or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or another quantitative field
  • Relevant industry experience: High Tech, SaaS, Security
  • Relevant experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or IT function
  • MS Excel power user
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools preferred (Tableau, Clari, Power BI)
