  • Create actionable dashboards using PowerBI to track operational, financial, and CX performance across the organization.
  • Develop a deep understanding of available datasets and champion data-driven decision making within the team.
  • Prepare insightful reports for internal stakeholders, management meetings, and customer presentations.
  • Conduct thorough quantitative analysis on business performance and provide recommendations to drive incremental sales opportunities and overall performance outcomes.
  • Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop customized tools to support daily operations.
  • Become the subject matter expert on datasets and data analytics within the organization.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in Business Analytics, Sales Operations, or a similar data analytics role at a senior level.
  • Current proficiency in Power BI and SAP systems.
  • Ability to design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of datasets from SAP and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting business insights to various audiences.
