Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement advanced programming solutions to elevate data efficiency.
  • Work closely with statisticians, data managers, and clients to deliver seamless results.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality programming tools and processes.
  • Mentor junior programmers to shape the future of our programming team.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in statistical programming within clinical trials.
  • Advanced SAS programming skills (Base SAS, SAS Graph, SAS Macro).
  • Experience with R programming is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of clinical data, statistical principles, and regulatory requirements.
  • Knowledge of CDISC standards (SDTM and ADaM) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking abilities.
