Job Overview

As a key role within our Marketing Services division, this position drives sustainable revenue growth by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.

This Presales focused role involves working closely with sales teams and clients to develop comprehensive product knowledge and ensure successful product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop deep product knowledge across Experian's consumer data and analytical solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client challenges.
  • Map product features and benefits to client needs, developing custom solutions.
  • Create and deliver personalized presentations to clients at various levels of seniority.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Partner with internal product teams to bring new propositions to market.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Understanding of segmentation data, insights, and analytics.
  • 3-5 years experience as a presales specialist or in a role applying data, insights, and analytics for business benefit.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and ability to ask insightful questions.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to address client needs.
