As a highly skilled Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through data-driven insights.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and analysing large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. You will work closely with stakeholders to design and deliver research projects, ensuring that data is presented in a clear and actionable manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage continuous data sources such as Nielsen IQ, including agency management and reporting.
  • Conduct analysis of consumer behaviour, usage, attitudes, and retail data using tools like Power BI and Nielsen Discover.
  • Maintain and enhance dashboards and reports, ensuring data integrity through rigorous quality control.
  • Measure and report on marketing program performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
  • Manage content on the consumer insights portal, creating engaging summaries and assets to support stakeholder engagement.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business or a related field.
  • 2+ years' experience in consumer or shopper data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of marketing and category management principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Experience working with grocery or category tracking tools (e.g., Nielsen, Circana) is highly regarded.
