Customer Insight Analyst Role

We are seeking an analytical professional to analyze customer data, identify trends and insights to support business growth.

The successful candidate will work with key brands including Ray Bans, Oakley and OPSM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer data to inform business decisions and drive optimization
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business needs
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success
  • Provide actionable insights to support decision making and optimize business performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop CRM strategies and initiatives
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through continuous monitoring and improvement
  • Maintain expertise in industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in CRM analytics

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM analytics or related field
  • Strong SQL skills and proficiency in CRM tools
  • Experience with SAP HANA/MapR and Unica is preferred
  • Excel skills with ability to manipulate large data sets
  • Proficiency in PowerBI and/or Tableau for data visualization and reporting
  • Problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
