Job Title: Customer Insights Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Insights Analyst to join our high-performing Customer Insights team.

You will be responsible for producing comprehensive deep-dive analyses and delivering actionable insights to key stakeholders using impactful visualisation and presentation techniques.

About the Role:

  • Develop analytics reporting to understand customer behaviour, channel use, customer segments, product value, social media and lifetime value.
  • Develop data assets that produce tangible business benefits.
  • Manage data discovery and manipulation, working and transforming customer/business data to improve usability and assess quality.
  • Undertake data mining, complex database queries, data cleaning and data exploration activities.
  • Utilise best practice data visualisation techniques to powerfully convey insights and facilitate data discovery.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within business units to improve service, reduce costs and manage risk.

Requirements:

  • Strong business acumen, influencing skills, and ability to produce insights with clear articulation of findings.
  • Experience in related domains is advantageous.
  • Able to take ownership, be autonomous, but also seek assistance when required.
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS SQL/Teradata, SAS, Excel, Tableau/Power BI.
  • Desirable: experience with Python, Google Cloud Platform and Azure Cloud.
  • Highly analytical, problem solving, lateral thinking and interpretive skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric focus.
