Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment, while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilities Maintenance
- Regularly inspect facilities to identify potential problems and develop maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures.
- Manage and coordinate maintenance activities with external contractors and internal teams.
- Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Safety and Compliance
- Develop and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Conduct regular safety audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate potential safety risks.
- Leadership and Communication
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance personnel to ensure effective delivery of maintenance services.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of maintenance services.
Requirements
- Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Education
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field such as facilities management or engineering.
