City Facilities Management is a leading provider of facilities management services, and we are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for completing preventative and reactive maintenance tasks across a cluster of Coles sites in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs. This will involve working autonomously to deliver timely outcomes, responding to electrical maintenance work, and developing strong partnerships with stakeholders.

To be considered for this role, you will need to be a trade-qualified A-Grade Electrician with a valid driver's license, excellent communication skills, and previous commercial or retail experience. A cabling license, CPR/LVR, and Security provider license are also preferred.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality maintenance services to ensure the reliability and safety of Coles sites
  • Responding to electrical maintenance work in a timely and efficient manner
  • Working autonomously to anticipate and resolve issues, preventing critical breakdowns
  • Developing strong relationships with stakeholders, including Coles staff and management
  • Participating in a rotating on-call roster, 13 weeks per year
