The University of Queensland is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Advancement and Community Engagement portfolio. As Associate Vice-President, Advancement, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic fundraising programs to support our faculty-based priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead strategies to increase philanthropic giving to faculty-based priorities, leveraging our extensive alumni networks and established philanthropic partnerships.
- Build and lead high-performing teams to promote a culture that rewards individual and collective success.
- Engage and motivate diverse stakeholder audiences, including high-net-worth individuals, to secure philanthropic partnerships.
- Liaise with senior executives to influence and drive fundraising strategies, navigating budget planning processes and overseeing budgets with fiscal responsibility.
We are seeking individuals with at least 5 years of experience working within complex fundraising and university environments. You will have a proven track record of creating and implementing strategic fundraising programs, building high-performing teams, and engaging diverse stakeholder audiences.
