Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Developer to craft and develop high-quality technical documentation and visual presentations for a leading financial institution.

This role will involve translating complex technical concepts and functional requirements into clear, structured content to support stakeholder and partner understanding and implementation.

  • The successful candidate will simplify complex concepts into clear language and smart visuals to support stakeholder understanding of technical and functional requirements.
  • They will create high-quality artefacts such as testing strategies, readiness guides, technical specs, and external-facing presentation packs.
  • Collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders will be key in gathering, reviewing, and finalising content across cross-functional teams.
  • Ensuring consistency and clarity across all documentation, aligning with internal standards and industry best practices will be an essential responsibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years in technical writing and content creation with a background in creating technical content, document creation and presentation packs for external stakeholder audiences.
  • Strong capabilities with documentation and tools including Confluence, JIRA, Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and Visio.
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise language for diverse audiences.
  • Attention to detail with commitment to producing accurate, consistent deliverables.
  • Some understanding of financial or regulatory frameworks.
  • Background in creating process diagrams and visual aids to enhance documentation.
  • Capability to assist with training by creating instructional content and facilitating knowledge transfer sessions.
