The strategic growth leader is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-impact IT projects that drive business growth and innovation across multiple divisions. This leadership role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Project Delivery Leadership - Oversee the end-to-end delivery of all IT projects to ensure timely completion, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Strategic Alignment & Demand Management - Align business demand with organisational objectives and manage expectations and dependencies.
- Stakeholder Engagement - Collaborate with key stakeholders to engage in early project planning and alignment on goals and value.
- Cross-Functional Partnership - Build strong relationships with Core IT leads across Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Architecture, Applications, Data, and Service Delivery.
- Team Leadership & Governance - Mentor Project Managers, promote standardised tools and governance practices, and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- An undergraduate degree in IT, Business, or a related field is essential; a Master's degree is highly regarded.
- Project or Program Management certification (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2, PMP) is preferred.
