About Us

We are seeking a motivated leader to join our Civil Projects team as a Stakeholder Engagement Officer.


Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on professional with a strong background in civil works and stakeholder engagement. As a Stakeholder Engagement Officer, you will be responsible for supervising subcontractors, managing day-to-day site operations, and building relationships with clients and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors across various disciplines to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Manage site operations to meet production and safety targets, maintaining accurate records and contributing to project reporting and performance tracking.
  • Liaise with residents to schedule works, ensuring minimal disruption and coordination with restoration activities.
  • Schedule works in collaboration with the Project Manager to meet milestones, leading a high-performing team with a positive attitude.

About You

We are looking for a motivated professional with experience in similar roles within the civil construction or commercial plumbing sectors. Key skills include excellent communication, interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and organisational skills with prioritisation and multiple task management.


Further Information

Please note that this role involves working autonomously and making informed decisions on-site. A strong understanding of wastewater and/or water main infrastructure is also required.
