Civil Engineer Graduate Role

We are seeking highly motivated and talented civil engineering graduates to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or those working towards their degree in civil engineering to embark on a comprehensive two-year program that combines in-person and virtual workshops, digital learning, technical training, mentoring, and real-world project experience.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with experienced professionals and develop a wide range of skills, including design calculations, project administration, problem-solving complex design challenges, and communication skills through exposure to stakeholders.

To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering obtained within the last two years or currently working towards it. A curious and proactive nature, ability to challenge the status quo, agility to move between different tasks and projects, and the ability to deliver information succinctly and present with seamless communication are also essential requirements.
