Job Overview

Civil maintenance workers play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of physical field aspects, including planned and reactive maintenance. They work under the direction of field supervisors to deliver high-quality services that meet customer requirements.

Their tasks involve undertaking reactive and emergency maintenance, ensuring the efficient use of works management systems and procedures. They also undertake planned/preventative maintenance and minor works, applying appropriate works management systems and procedures.

  • Maintain strict compliance with health and safety legislation at all times.
  • Understand and adhere to company safety/environmental policies and procedures, promoting health, safety, and environmental initiatives in the field.
  • Consider HSE risks related to operation and maintenance at all times.
About You

This position is suitable for a highly motivated individual with a passion for delivering positive client outcomes and effective stakeholder engagement. To be successful, you will need:

  • A current HR truck license, an HC Truck license is desirable, along with relevant tickets and a white card.
  • A Front End Loader ticket.
  • Skill in using hand power tools/small machinery.
  • The ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
