Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned stakeholder engagement professional to oversee onsite operations and manage relationships with key stakeholders for the delivery of civil works.


About the Role

This role involves day-to-day site management, subcontractor supervision, and liaison with residents and clients to ensure timely project completion.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee onsite operations, including managing daily site activities and ensuring compliance with safety targets.
  • Supervise subcontractors across various disciplines, including plumbing, electrical, and site restoration.
  • Coordinate scheduling and site access with residents, ensuring seamless communication and minimizing disruptions.
  • Bulletin stakeholders on project progress, address concerns, and provide regular updates.
  • Monitor work standards and enforce adherence to client and company expectations.
  • Lead a high-performing team with a focus on collaboration, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, preferably within the civil construction or utilities sector.
  • Strong understanding of wastewater and/or water main infrastructure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing teams and contractors.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
