Enterprise Architect Role

Lumen is a company that connects the world, igniting business growth by connecting people, data and applications – quickly, securely, and effortlessly. We are looking for a seasoned and visionary Enterprise Architect to join our growing Strategic Pursuit team in the APAC region.

This high-impact role blends deep technical expertise with strategic business insight. As a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, you will help them align technology investments with business outcomes and transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead executive-level conversations with customers to understand their business priorities, challenges, transformation objectives, and identify problem statements.
  • Design end-to-end architectures spanning infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, and application domains.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops, technical deep dives, and lead whiteboarding sessions to uncover customer needs and define tailored solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders by demonstrating thought leadership, credibility, and industry trends knowledge.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to shape strategic pursuits and influence product direction.

This role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, as well as experience working in or with large enterprises across APAC markets.
