Overview of the Role:

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled leader to oversee a small team of customer service officers located on-site at a major government precinct.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience, including performance coaching and workflow management. They will be responsible for ensuring consistent high-quality performance from their team and collaborating with technical services teams and subcontractors to maintain accurate asset registers and reporting.

As the escalation point for client enquiries and service delivery issues, they will provide excellent customer service and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of customer service officers
  • Oversee asset data accuracy and compliance reporting
  • Collaborate with technical services teams and subcontractors
  • Act as the escalation point for client enquiries and service delivery issues
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years in facilities management or a similar client service environment
  • Leadership experience
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills

Preferred Requirements:

  • Familiarity with asset and compliance systems
  • Australian Citizenship and a National Police Clearance
