This role plays a pivotal part in shaping our future, driving real change and empowering teams to succeed through transformation.

The Director, People & Culture Transformation will lead workplace relations, organisational change, and build a great place to work by embedding a robust change management framework.

Oversight of organisational design, workforce planning, and job architecture will ensure we have the right people and skills in place to meet our future needs.

Lead on enterprise bargaining and industrial relations strategy, handling complex cases and ensuring compliance with changing legislation.

Build and nurture strong relationships with union leaders, senior executives, and employees across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading high-performing teams through transformation and change.
  • Navigating complex industrial relations environments and leading enterprise bargaining.
  • Embedding change management practices and organisational design principles.
  • Driving workforce planning and job architecture initiatives.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans for organisational development and change.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Senior leadership experience in large complex organisations.
  • Expertise in change management, organisational design, and workforce planning.
  • Proven ability to lead teams through transformation and change.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
