Job Description:

We are seeking a Risk and Compliance professional to join our team. As a key member of our Second Line of Defence, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our risk and compliance culture.

Your primary responsibility will be to design, embed, and continuously improve frameworks, policies, and tools that enable us to operate within our risk appetite.

You will provide oversight and challenge, ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations and best practice standards, while supporting our teams to manage risk effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the implementation and enhancement of our Risk and Compliance Frameworks
  • Managing and improving the Governance, Risk, and Compliance system
  • Coordinating regulatory audits and reporting
  • Providing assurance through control monitoring, incident management, and compliance reporting
  • Advising on regulatory change and coordinating compliance training
  • Supporting investor due diligence and engagement with regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant industry qualifications
  • Experience in risk, compliance, or governance roles, preferably within financial services or real estate/property
  • Strong understanding of risk management, resilience, and internal control frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, advise, and train others
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities and responding to high-tempo environments with resilience
  • Technical knowledge of GRC systems (Protecht desirable)
