Job Description

You will be part of a thriving team where you will be responsible for customer service, production planning, purchasing, sales order processing, logistics, and warehouse operations.

  • Review stock requirements for overseas products on a monthly basis.
  • Monitor and approve supplier invoices to ensure correct pricing and quantities.
  • Update product and warehouse forecast on a monthly basis.
  • Convert sales forecast into a production plan and purchase orders with suppliers.
  • Oversee production/delivery from contract suppliers.
  • Maintain stock levels of finished goods in all warehouses based on sales forecasts.
  • Perform real-time transfer of stock between warehouses in the stock management system.
  • Conduct annual review to minimize costs.
  • Track days to dispatch for each warehouse; monitor open sales orders daily.
  • Review freight prices monthly and update product costs as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Knowledge and experience with manufacturing, logistics, and procurement processes.
  • Experience in the use of spreadsheets and data analysis software.
  • Computer skills - proficiency in logistics, Excel, CRM, and accounting packages.
