Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

This role involves supporting the smooth execution of shipping and distribution activities, as well as managing data effectively and efficiently across the supply chain.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage international shipments via enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
  • Support import and dispatch logistics functions to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Maintain strong master data processes and ensure data accuracy on a regular basis
  • Provide data-driven insights and feedback to stakeholders regarding any concerns or areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Strong data entry and administrative skills with attention to detail
  • High level of organisational skills to ensure traceability and accountability
  • Previous experience in supply chain management or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Dynamics 365
