Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing trade networks to ensure quality repairs are delivered by trade partners.

  • Collaborate with the National Supplier Performance Manager to create and analyze reporting, driving performance improvements and reducing average repair costs.

This role requires a Category Specialist to drive improvements across teams using their building knowledge and experience.


Key Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate should possess:

  • Extensive years' experience in a Category Specialist role or similar.
  • Experience within the building or Insurance industry is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated commercial insights and experience with contracts and supplier negotiations.

Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities are required to develop relationships and influence key stakeholders.
