This role is about creating an engaging, well-run workplace where teams can do their best work and feel connected. As an integral member of the People team, you'll oversee day-to-day office operations and lead the delivery of memorable team experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Keep our office humming, run reception, shared spaces, meeting rooms, and supplies
  • Own vendor relationships for cleaning, catering, and maintenance
  • Manage building access, office devices, and WHS compliance
  • Ensure a seamless experience for visitors, contractors, and employees alike
  • Lead the planning and execution of engaging team events, monthly socials, and larger company-wide functions that foster connection and culture
  • Manage office and event budgets effectively, balancing experience with cost-efficiency
  • Partner with the P&C team to support onboarding, creating a great first-day experience for new joiners
  • Partner with the P&C team to help embed culture across the office
  • Be the friendly face for first-day experiences, and the organiser behind the scenes
  • Build strong relationships across teams and act as a trusted point of contact for office needs

What You Bring To The Team

  • Proven experience in office management or workplace operations, with a focus on creating a great employee experience
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Confidence using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar) to stay on top of tasks
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an eye for detail
  • Experience planning and coordinating events of various sizes
  • Calm under pressure, adaptable, and solutions-focused when challenges arise
  • A team-first mentality and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done
  • Love organising, whether it's logistics, office supplies, or events, and take pride in high standards
  • A genuine interest in building an inclusive, well-run, and welcoming workplace
