Facilities Coordinator Job Description

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and organized Facilities Coordinator to join our team.

This is a key role within our facilities management team, responsible for coordinating daily operations, ensuring timely resolution of workplace service requests, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will have experience working in office support, facilities coordination, or administrative roles, with strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Coordinate daily facilities operations, including maintenance, cleaning, and service delivery
  • Process workplace service requests and ensure timely resolution
  • Provide administrative support, including document management and basic office functions
  • Support reception and front-of-house operations, including visitor management
  • Assist with meeting coordination, room bookings, and event setup
  • Provide basic IT support, such as equipment setup and troubleshooting
  • Coordinate space changes, including moves, adds, and changes to workstations
  • Assist with catering arrangements and food service coordination
  • Conduct regular facility inspections and quality checks
  • Assist with employee onboarding regarding workplace services and procedures
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure effective service delivery
  • Manage reception and concierge services to ensure a high-quality visitor experience
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working in office support, facilities coordination, or administrative roles
  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience with service management and problem resolution
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
  • Experience coordinating with service providers or vendors
  • Background in event coordination or meeting management
  • Experience with space planning or move coordination
