Job Opportunity
\We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Expert to join our sales force and deliver exceptional service levels to assigned accounts.
\This role involves working closely with multiple departments to ensure accurate and timely deliveries, contributing to the overall success of our business.
\You will be responsible for supporting the implementation of our customer service strategy, ensuring market competitive reliability and responsiveness to assigned Accounts in regards to order entry support, orderbook deliveries and conversions, complaints, returns and order releases.
\In addition, you will facilitate cross functional alignment and communication between key stakeholders - Sales Account team, Purchasing, Demand Planning, Operations and IT - ensuring assigned account needs and requirements are addressed.
\You will also measure progress on your own KPIs and ensure continuous improvement on account management and service levels.

- An analytical mindset with trend identification\
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and knowledge of SAP (preferred)\
