Here at our childcare centre, we are seeking an experienced Educational Leader to take on the dual responsibility of Assistant Centre Manager. As part of a small team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of young children and their families.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about education and leadership, and is looking to take their career to the next level. You will have the chance to work closely with the Centre Leadership Team to create a safe and secure environment that fosters bravery, curiosity, and imagination in children's learning.

As Assistant Centre Manager, you will be responsible for building lasting relationships with families, ensuring they are informed and confident in their children's education and care. You will also contribute to an exceptional culture of quality and safety, making us the centre of choice in your community.

We are looking for someone with a Diploma in Children's Services and/or Bachelor of Education (or working towards), prior leadership or Educational Leader experience in a long day-care setting, sound knowledge of NQF and EYLF, and budget and financial accountability experience (not essential). You must also hold current First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis certificates, and Working with Children check.

Requirements
