About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Officer to join our team. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the legal department, managing telephone, email, and other enquiries, performing data input, detailed record-keeping, and archiving of records.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to provide prompt and accurate support across a range of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the legal department, including preparing documents and correspondence
- Managing telephone, email, and other enquiries
- Performing data input, detailed record-keeping, and archiving of records
- Assisting with training of less experienced staff
Requirements:
A Certificate III or IV in Business Administration or Business (Legal Services) or relevant experience is desirable. We also require that applicants possess strong organisational and time management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
