Job Title: Strategic Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Officer to provide superior support to our Senior Leadership Group, Board of Directors, and committees.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating meetings, travel itineraries & functions, and administering confidential correspondence.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Leadership Group members, including managing commercially sensitive matters.
  • Prepare confidential documents, compile agendas, minutes, and board papers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage the Chief Executive Officer's diary and liaise with external stakeholders, Government agencies, and other entities.
  • Coordinate and support the Complaints Handling Procedure, tracking activities to ensure compliance with key timeframes.
  • Collaborate with the WHS Committee and managers to maintain safe and compliant working environments.
  • Liaise with property managers to administer lease contracts for four tenancies statewide.
  • Provide high-level support to the Marketing team, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely execution of initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Highly organized and able to maintain confidentiality.
